Sometimes the stress of young adult life can really get you worked up! So we are all students and have very little money (HELP ME IM POOR!) and the restaurants, bars, shops and cinemas are endless - BUT WE DONT HAVE THE MONEY, especially when you just want a little gathering.
Recently me and my fashionista course mates have been meeting up now and again just to cook and have dinner and a mini catch up together :)
Costs like £3 each for the ingredients and then we just meet at one of our flats and cook, chill and catch up in the Kitchen. It provides a really nice bit of downtime for us all and gets us out of the house! I would definitely recommend it, especially if you've been stuck inside all day!
It also gives you some time to try out new recipes and spend time on your cooking instead of just shoving a 5 minute 300 calorie meal into the microwave!
My friend Immi is an awesome cook, so usually she is happy to do all of this for us and we just get to enjoy the finished product (which is always so yummy!)
So on Sunday evening we decided to get together and use one of The Londoner's recipes called
'One Pot Pasta' click here to get the recipe :) and added some of our own homemade garlic bread as a side! It was SO NICE and great to just chill and cook altogether!
